1. Take 5 minutes and complete my Contact form. Tell me about yourself, the adventure you want to go on.
2. Intake call and trip clarity. We'll connect and talk through travel goals, dig deeper into the details of your travels and what you want to get out of it. After the call I'll send over a planning fee quote.
3. Planning begins. After the planning fee is paid and the client agreement signed, I'll begin research and design on your personalized trip itinerary. Based on your travel timeline, I'll confirm when you can expect the itinerary completed (usually 1-2 weeks).
4. Itinerary review and revise. You'll take some time to review the itinerary, choose your options, ask for edits or share feedback.
5. Confirmation and Booking. Once everything is confirmed, I'll handle all the necessary bookings and confirmations on your behalf.
6. Pre-travel support. I'll be in touch with you working on activities and tours or transportation coordination leading up to your departure. I'll send an email with all confirmations, details, documents, reminders and advice all in one current email so you feel prepared and ready to travel.
7. Travel! Arrive and begin exploring, I'll check in once via WhatsApp to make sure everything is going as planned.
